Hello Everybody!!
On the 22rd and 23rd February, Umberto Broccoli, a famous italian radio host, was as a guest in Ferrara for two morning performances.
During the first part of the performance, which was called \"IN EUROPA\", Broccoli talked about the famous european writers who visited or lived in Ferrara in former times, from Ludovico Ariosto to Goethe or Tolstoj.
He read a lot of their passages, in which the authors described Ferrara.
Also the Mayor of Ferrara partecipated in the program togheter with some public servers involved in the EU projects. Mrs Augusta Rabuiti talked about the European Youth Forum.
The parformance was trasmitted with a web came to internet. We had informed you about that.....did you watch the Broccoli\'s performances?

Good morning!!
I keep a promise and I would like to tell you about the meeting, that we had yesterday, with some youngster who are interested in participating in this project.
It was a fruitful meeting, there wasn’t a lot of participants, but everybody was interested and accepted to be member of the Group which will participate in the European Youth Forum.
During this meeting our team informed the public about the project, what Ferrara would like to do for the young participation and that the most important moment of the European Forum will be in September, when the we will get to know the other partner city’s group!
We told them, moreover about the work in progress of this web site and we invited them writing in our forum and giving us lots of suggestions for the good development of the web site.
I think that the youngster like the fact that, with this project, in September we will live with other youngster from the partner Cities for a week… is it right???
As for me it will be a very good experience which allow me to meet a lot of new people and above all to practise my english, I badly need it!!!!!!

We have just received a lot of information about LLeida\'s group!
In December 2002 they did the Local Forum to involve the youth in the analysis of the youth policies in their city.
Were create 4 group to analyse 4 subject:
Labour and Social insertion and information,
Health Promotion,
Leisure and free time,
Associations and citizens participation.
Some of the young of LLeida\'s Forum will be the LLeida\'s group for the International Forum.
Tomorrow afternoon the group will be composed!

| Hi everybody!Yesterday we have received news from Giessen, they had just formed a group of pupils and teachers from the two school!
Kaufbeuren send us some proposals for the Forum in September..in my opinion the proposals are very good (in particular the suggestion of a Party-Evening!) |

The group of Giessen had a meeting, during this meeting with 7 pupils and three teachers, the pupils suggested the topics which they want to discuss in Ferrara: Presentation of the hometown: Giessen in Hessen in Germany, Youth in Giessen, Giessen - a multiculturell town. Thanks for your work! |

We have just received some notices from Oeiras.
The group of Oeiras put some information into the official website and they focused the attention on the participation of the young people on the Forum on line.
They sent the same information for the local news and they wrote a letter explaining all the objectives of the youth Forum!

Two days ago arrived in our office a spanish girl, Maria, from Lleida as European Voluntary. She will stay here until September. |

Yesterday we had a meeting with the Ferrara\'s group..we discussed about the Forum and the possible topics.The yougster are enthusiastics about this project..... They think it is a good opportunity to meet a lot of people and it is a possibility to confront!The next meeting will be the next week on Wednesday. |

| Hello!Yesterday send us a message Saint Etienne, this week end they organize Internet Festival, and they are very busy, but the next week they will send us the city\'s web page!
Kaufbeauren send us other suggestions for the September Forum: Mixed group, Party evening for all participants.
They also suggested that all the participants could inform themselves about their City in the virtual forum!
From PraguePraga\'s group is composed by students. Before the Forum, they talked about European Union, about the other Cities and now they plan to do a questionaire about young people to discuss a lot of topics..
Now they are going to choose a team of 8 people to prepare them for the Ferrara\'s Forum. |

Yesterday there was a meeting of our group...we decided the topics for the Forum, We would like to discuss of Globalisation, Young in Europe, Free Time (culture, music, theatre), New and Old Mass Media, Religion, but we know that the best way to suggest the topics for the September Forum, would be with the Virtual Forum, so all the participants could give their observations and could say what topics are more interesting to discuss. |
